VoiceInteraction’s Internationalization Project

With this project, VoiceInteraction intends to strengthen its internal framework for the competitive capacity necessary for internationalization, in order to ensure its continuous growth across borders.

Description:
Internationalization of VoiceInteraction solutions in the areas of Subtitling, Clipping, Security and Call Centers, with diversification of target countries for internationalization (oriented towards eight target markets - USA, Mexico, Spain, UK, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, UAE). With this project, it is intended to strengthen the competitiveness of Portuguese SMEs in international markets.

With these internationalization investment projects, which are based on an internationalization action plan aimed at eight target markets, VoiceInteraction intends to strengthen the internal competitive capacity necessary for internationalization in order to ensure its growth based on the identification of markets that present growth in the area of Automatic Subtitling, Clipping, Security and Call Centers.

In this sense, we have visited Spain, Italy, Brussels, USA and participated in several internationally renowned marketing missions. You can find them below.

Results Obtained:
Increase in the total annual turnover over the years of the project execution;
Growth in international business volume;
The export rate in the post-project year (2019) was 94.69%, resulting from a sales value for the international market of €2.425.813,94;
Customer acquisition in new international markets;
The commercial team was reinforced with the hiring of two technical staff dedicated exclusively to the functions of managing foreign markets, who remain in the company presently.
