Audimus.Media Hardware Requirements

This page contains the current hardware guidance for Audimus Media. Specifications appearing on previous VoiceInteraction websites are outdated and should not be used for new deployments.

Reference hardware configuration

The following configuration is a current reference system capable of running Audimus.Media:

  • Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 265

  • Memory: 32 GB DDR5

  • Storage: 512 GB TLC SSD

  • Graphics: Integrated graphics

  • Network: Integrated Ethernet

  • Security: TPM

  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro

Important sizing information

This reference configuration is not a universal minimum specification or a complete sizing recommendation for every deployment.

Audimus Media environments can vary significantly in scale and complexity. The final hardware configuration must therefore be validated against the operational and technical requirements of each project.

Factors that affect hardware requirements

Final system sizing may depend on:

Channel count

The number of channels being captured, processed, monitored, or recorded can affect processor, memory, storage, and interface requirements.

Capture hardware and broadcast interfaces

Some deployments require dedicated capture cards, audio interfaces, or other broadcast-specific hardware. The type and number of interfaces must be considered when selecting the workstation or server platform.

Networking

Network capacity and configuration should support the expected media traffic, connected systems, remote access, and integration requirements. Additional or dedicated network interfaces may be needed in some environments.

Storage

Storage requirements depend on factors such as recording volume, retention periods, media formats, and archive policies. Deployments with higher recording volumes or longer retention periods may require additional local or network storage.

Redundancy and resilience

Projects with high-availability or business-continuity requirements may need redundant systems, storage, networking, power, or failover components.

Languages

The number of languages being processed, along with the required workflows and processing load, may influence the recommended system configuration.

Security policies

Customer security requirements may affect the approved operating system, encryption, authentication, network architecture, endpoint protection, and hardware security features.

Validate your deployment configuration

Before purchasing hardware or deploying Audimus Media, contact VoiceInteraction to confirm that the proposed configuration is suitable for your channel count, interfaces, storage needs, resilience model, integrations, languages, and security policies.
